  This was a horrible experience. I had a leaking roof and called them on a Friday. Set up an appointment on Monday. I called Monday and the girl who answered had no idea about the appointment and took her several minutes waiting on the phone for her to find it on a post it somewhere. The roofer ended up cancelling because of previous obligations but promised the next day. Tuesday comes and he apologizes and cancels again for God knows what and promises me the next day. Wednesday comes and I get a call with yet another apology with no explanation. I promptly hang up the phone. I had almost a week delay when I could have called someone else and had them out here by now. Very very unprofessional and complete jackasses. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE
