  Staff tries to be helpful ,but I honestly think they don't even know what they don't know. Doctors are horrible, don't listen ,are always in a rush with one foot out the door and are condescending . The communication in the office is really bad,no one returns calls when they say they will and they leave you waiting,then get offended when you call back, no one bothers to fax orders for imaging studies to the correct locations, you as the patient need to call office staff to remind them to fax necessary paperwork ,really ,just do your job! The office staff is very unorganized and needs new management because the current office manager has dropped the ball ,big time! The office is beautiful , and very clean ,but that's the best thing about this office . I have been their patient for a few years and it has never gotten any better ,in fact I think it's worse . I will be changing Dr's as soon as I can. I have lost trust and faith in this group.
