  We had a couple issues which I addressed directly to corporate, they informed me that the manager would call me back to discuss my complaint. I've never been treated with more respect from a fast food joint, I was flabbergasted at the sincere apology and willingness to compensate well over the cost of their mistake. Not only did I get a follow-up call but I also received the nicest, most professional email from the GM. We need more people like this in our world, I was so impressed and I'd like to acknowledge him by name I hope this is ok. Rafael Lopez
