  First off-her name is Norma L Barbeito BUT she goes by Liliana, she was the lady who did my taxes. Upon coming here I called & asked what they charge to file my taxes, the girl who aswered the phone said $35, so I said ok & made the appointment. When meeting with Liliana she came across kinda rude she didn't make any conversation for about 15 min. I just sat the while she entered all my information. When she was done she TOLD ME "your getting back $4900" I said ok great, signed the papers & then paid $35...
  A week later I went online to checked the status of my refund THATS when i notice the amount she told me & the amount on my paper work we're different. My paper work said $5241, that's a $341 dollar different. So i called LILIANA right away & asked why, SHE SAID "Yeah the $341 was my fee" I said "I thought the fee was $35" she said ""yeah 35 plus 341, didn't you read all the paper work you signed...""
  OooMmmGgg I was SO PISSED I paid $35 cash even given a recipte for that amount... BUT what LILIANA doesnt tell you is she she charges an additional $341 dollar fee that will be taken out of your refund....
  THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD, THEY ROB YOU.. if I would of known I was going to get charged $376 dollars I WOULD NOT HAVE WENT THERE....
