  If you want a quick review, fontana alternators had a great team all friendly and helpful. They fixed my battery problem. They saved my time, money, possibly and very importantly my job. And autozone almost screwed me out of so much money because they almost had me making an unnessary replacement. I called fontana alternators and they knew their stuff and delivered by fixing my car. Thank you!!!
  
  Heres my car story.
  
  So i killed what i thought was my battery thursday night 10/19/17. Missed 2 &1/2 days of work. This is my first time dealing with this issue i started to have with my car it seemed like it wouldnt hold a charge and twice i had to jump it. My silly self said oh i can have both battery and alternator tested at autozone? Let me see if they can tell me what the problem could be. Again this is my first ever car problem experience. The guy at autozone "tested" my alternator and battery. He said oh your battery is good! Your alternator is bad. I was there for the test but here is what happened next, my neighbor offered to replace my alternator. Ofcourse with my budget and the fact I still need money to make it through the week i go to oreally's for a new alternator. They said over the phone it was $149.99 for a remanufactured alternator. I get there its $217. I checked their return policy, and they wouldnt accept it if it were installed already. I said well i hope this fixes my problems.. something didnt feel right. So because i was concerned with the crappy "new" alternator, instead of cashing in my 2012 civic alternator, i wanted to see if it were possible to have someone re build my oem. I called Fontana Alternators. As i asked about a rebuiled, i explained what was going on with my neighbor. My neighbor begins un installing my alternator. Then when Fontana Alternators explained the test that autozone did for me, i realized they didnt test it correctly. i was boyond mad. This car is whats keeping my life and other peoples from disaster. My mind starts racing gut telling me this would be a bad idea. I told my neighbor to hold off on this and that i would take it to Fontana alternators to get the necessary tests done. My neighbor barely unscrews where an important wire connecting the alternator to the car. and there was a clear burn on the nut and screw. The next morning i take my and alternator there, paid a little to fix the piece on the alternator. Charged the battery, and re installed it to get my car there. They found out it was my battery which was their initial guess over the phone. I returned that POS alternator i bought and got a new battery from fontana alternators. You saved my time, money and possibly my job. Thank you guys! muchisimas gracias!
