    Sucks. Something came from China and they held it for over two weeks before delivering it to just a couple of cities over. What kind of service is this? They won't be in business anymore- at least no business from me. don't rely on them. Avoid like the plague

    My freight guy told me to go with SAIA for a blind shipment. He spoke with them twice before we decided to use them. They picked up the freight in Ontario, CA, shipping to Florida. The shipment gets to Atlanta and SAIA ships it back to Califorina where it sits for over a week. It finally arrives in Florida 19 days later... Yes, 19 days later. It doesn't officially get until the 24th day. Apparently SAIA had no one to deliver it and tracking shows it was loaded and unloaded onto trucks 4x on the 21st day. Needless to say I lost a first time customer because of this mess. Now SAIA will not wave the freight bill. I had to refund freight to my customer but still have to pay SAIA in full. They say because it was a blind shipment. If you have a blind shipment use anyone else but these people. I have clear instructions with my freight guy that our company is not to use SAIA again. Ever.
