  Slowest service possible. You'll be waiting in the waiting room for minimum of 1 hour past you appointment time (everytime). What happened to Customer Service and Appreciation these day IDK. But this Doctor Office has definitely lost it. I went again, yep I'm a fool. Soooooooooo here is update. Horrible Customer Service. I had a Appointment at 9am. I was there on time, signed in and waited like 10 minutes. Then asked if the Doctor was even there yet and the Secretary stated that he wasn't there yet and he is common to be 1 hour late and that I'd have to wait for him. Last visit I waited in the lobby for 1.5 hours and in the room for another 45 minutes before he actually seen me. Please look elsewhere for a Doctor and save yourself the headaches. Even prescription refills are hard to get and it's just a fax or email needed. I had to call multiple times and did the pharmacy. The pharmacy actually said this is common bullshit that this doctor does. I'll find a new doctor that likes his job. Eric M. CHEN is Pathetic.
